I was wondering when Salem Oregon would hit bottom for the housing market. Well folks, for this home we are at it. The seller said make it go and lowered the price 50K. You want luxury and instant equity let me know and I'll set a time up to show it to you. This home has it all plus a view. As a realtor these kind of good deals don't come to ofter - even in a slower market.
